Hey October FS online applicants any update on sponsor's interview??? The working week is almost halfway and no progress yet!!! :'( :-[

Hi Friends,
Finally update from my side...I got my Christmas gift...Yesterday my brother got my LOA with dated 24-October-2012 .

As I have not received LOA, on my own address, so i mailed mpnp to resend the LOA to my sponsor....and they resend LOA with in week after my mail..... and also enhanced the expiry of LOA by two months..............

This is all because of u guys.........

My cousin got my LOA yesterday. Now i have to takes step to get police certificate from UK as I have stayed there for quite long time and then will send my package.

are we all now sending application to sydney, nova scotia and not to local canadian embassy!!!

My sponcer contacted them couple of weeks ago the lady in receptionist reponded your application is still in under processing and wait patiently. Then I contacted with my Respresentive. He said Mpnp process the application demandwise not orderwise.

Thanks for your reply. Well if its demandwise then we cant predict how much time it shall take.. But I heard tht it takes maximum of 9 months. Not sure if tht is true now. Did you by any chance update your application with any new information etc?

As per my sponsor, who is a very good friend of mine, the interview experience was just very informal in a way that he (sponsor) shared everything about our acquantances in the past 23 years...he informed the lady interviewer every detail of our activities whether related to our family and our former work. In other words, he did not waited any longer for the interviewer to ask him more questions instead he shared the stories of those moments that we've been together and the details about my family as well, and that's it, the interviewer was very satisfied and convinced of our "connection".

At the end, the interviewer just asked how my sponsor could be able to help me settled in Manitoba, without any words of doubt, he expressed his willingness to support me all the way from accomodation to finances upto the moment we really settled well.

The bottomline here is that, once the sponsor is relaxed and able to composed himself during the interview, definitely not feeling nervous, chances are, the interviewer will be convinced that both (sponsor and applicant) are really friends and good favor will come very soon. That's for the case of GS applicant.

there is a requirement written in MDoc check list that we need to complete and sign the settlement plan form. however i haven't found any place in that form to sign. can somebody tell me where to sign in settlement plan 1 form.

I have updated my application couple of times once i submitted my DELF diplomas and U.S.A visa.Then other time I updated change of employer and changed contact numbers. I wish All the best to everyone.

hello rupinder

i suggest not to contact them on phone. they are usually very busy; and with few of them going/gone on vacation (christmas + new year).
When did you file your MPNP online app? and under what category?

I noticed a lot of Strategic Initiative (exploratory visit) applications getting cleared with LOA issued in under 2 months since October.
