hello everyone..
good day.
i need your helpful information regarding my application.
i submitted my MPNP application kit last january 2012 and i received a letter on april 2012 and all my documents were returned to me. it says in the letter that i have to provide the result of my ielts and a birth certificate of my cousin to prove our relationship because i am applying under family support stream. i have arranged all the needed requirements and i have decided to submit them online instead of paper-based application.
i am a teacher here in the philippines. i have already my file number and i am waiting for my result. do teachers like me have a chance to be approved in the application? please help me.. my cousin said that she will wait for the call coming from the immigration if not this month, or next month. i hope i have the chance to be approved because i have completed all the requirements they have requested me to complete and my relative has already signed the settlement plan for me. do u think i have the chance?

Hi guys I'm so really new with the process, still not done preparing my papers, aside from the forms to be filled up, what are the legal documents that they are requiring?.. I have an auntie in manitoba, she's asking me to send all the photocopy of my papers and have it notarized,..

hello there.

i hope i can be able to help regarding the steps ur doing with ur application? are you from the philippines?
i suggest that u apply online because its faster.
check all your documents. make sure it is complete and have them notarized. but if u intend to send the original copies, you dont need to have it notarized but please do not send original copies of ur land title, board certificate and others.
fill up the settlement plan 1 and let ur aunt endorse the settlement plan 2. by the way, if you will apply online. scan all your documents. and if you r going to upload them it will take 30 secs per document to upload so that is pretty taxing but u have to be patient.. just pray and be patient. hope to meet u in Canada and hope we can go there.. i just applied last july 2012 and im still wating for the result..

Yeah I'm from the philippines, what website did you send your documents? my aunt has no idea as to how to process the papers, she's just asking favor to her husbands nephew to submit my papers, I've been gathering my documents since march, are you from the philippines as well? if so, what specific NBI clearance did you get? i've requested for abroad use specifically to canada but when my aunt checked my papers she said that the clearance was not valid abroad? =( do i need to request for NBI again? the blue one?.. grrrr

I browsed the thread and saw terms that I don't understand, =(

still have alot of question,... please advice =(

passport,
ielts result must have a total band score of 5 to qualify in the language point
ur school credentials,
diploma,
cert of employment,
bank cert,
proof of ownership e.g land title under ur name or business registered under ur name,
ur relatives document like health card, proof of residence, and passport,
once u have all these u may scan them and upload them online.

im still waitng for my LOA i hope in God's grace He will approve my application

How will I confirm that it is regulated or non regulated?

Is settlement plan required in MPNP General stream (Applied through mail)

I applied my case (MPNP General steram) through mail in 2010 dec and settlement plan was not mentioned there when I applied. Should my sponsor write the settlement plan and then I mail it as my appeal ? Can I do it ? or Settlement plan is not required in my case ?

I applied through mail in 2010.

I am asking it because my MPNP General stream case was rejected and in one option they said that I haven't demonstrated the ability and intention to establish myself in Manitoba.
