Hello Biddu!

Please update my status. I reiceved my AOR from CIO, AOR from Visa Office Ottawa and Medical Request on July 26, 2012 through an email.

If anyone on this blog has questions for filing the documents to CIO, I am ready to help because i have been passed through this stage and i know how difficult is it to wait.

Hi, Friends,
I have received my AOR giving a file number starts with MB (by the mercy of almighty Allah). It is dated as July 18, 2012 mentioning that Manitoba office will review the application whether it is complete. I don't know if they ask anything else at a later time. Can you tell me what might be the next steps? Thank you all for your helps.

You still fall under FS, Your father in law is considered your parent under marriage, hence first degree relation. In our case our sponsor is my wife's cousin but I am the principal applicant and we ar under FS category.

Dear Firefox,

As per MPNP the family stream is based on following relation ship Mother/Father/son/daughter/sister/brother/aunt/uncle/niece/nephew/grandparent or first cousin(your aunt/uncle's son/daughter)
and uncle and aunt are your father or mother's brother and sisters.

Now in this how can you accommodate your in law relations ? i don't think as if in-laws are considered as then it should have mentioned in the list.

Hello PALS,
Receive my MPNP LOA on Tuesday, am currently a PGWP holder in Canada. I need help gathering my document to CIO.

1) FUNDS IN CANADIAN DOLLAR : I applied for my provincial nominee through the international student stream with not up to $10,000 and i was approved because am currently working with an employer, i will like to ask if it compulsory to have $10,000 in account of the applicant no matter the stream when applying for CIC PR[flash=200,200][/flash]?

2) Language proficiency : In the CIC website they said that people who has been in Canada and applied before July 2012 and got nominated by July 2013 may not complete the language proficiency assessment, but my current occupation fall on NOC class C ?

Can some please help me out on those above mentioned issues ?
