quick question everyone

I need some clarifications for 2 questions in the Generic APplication Form for Canada:
I am single and needs some clarification on:

1. How many family members, including you, are in this application? (instruction guide says "Indicate the total number of family members included in your application. This includes yourself and any family members, regardless of whether they intend to accompany you to Canada or not.
Q: should I include my parents and siblings?
Only you, so, the answer is 1

2. Dependents: Should I include my parents and siblings? form only instruct to include spouse, dependent children
No, as far as I can remember, you will only declare your parents and siblings in IMM5406 form (Additional Family Information).

Hi good day to everyone! i'm new here but heres my timeline

MPNP application submitted: Jan. 2, 2013
File # receive : Jan 3, 2013

Why is not my sponsor receiving anything on their part? To submit the sp2.
I mean does the MPNP also sends email or snail mail to them telling that they
have to submit the SP2 or they will just send it by themselves?
I also did not include in my application IELTS. Is there any luck on my application? But im planning to take the exam next month.

Please any of your answer will help me and my sponsor on what to do because they also don't know what to do on that SP2 file that they have to submit. Thanka in advance ang godbless

Regarding IELTS, here's what they posted in their official website.
Because language proficiency is the key factor for successful economic establishment, all applicants should take an IELTS test BEFORE applying. You should score at least 4, and you should submit your IELTS results with your MPNP application.

1. In the checklist for CIO submission it is stated "include 2 self-addressed mailing labels" - one in english or french and the other one is: one in the original language of your country of residence

2. In the same list the confirmation of nomination has "copy" indicated in the format column. Is the original letter (LOA) not necessarily required to include for submission?

1. Just provide them 2 identical self-addressed mailing labels.
2. I followed the 2 instructions. From MPNP (Original LOA on top of the application package) & from CIC(clear copy, can be colored which is placed in order of the checklist). Others submitted only colored photocopy of LOA and CIO accepted it.

one more query please...
in the event i applied for the PRV and at the same time i am working here in saudi arabia..which visa office will be assigned (or appointed) to me to cater the further processing of visa? eventually my dependents are now residing in the philippines, what should i do in case our visa be approved?
