If you are applying ONLINE, the system will not allow you to submit your application with incomplete education documents (Diploma & Transcript). In my case, I was not able to upload my diploma and Form 137 for my Elementary education and my diploma for my High School Education. Majority of the documents in the Elementary school where I graduated were damaged during the Ondoy flood. They have just given me a certification letter that I have indeed studies and graduated in their school. I uploaded the same letter TWICE, one for diploma "section" and another for transcript "section". As for my HS education, I was able to upload form 137 only since my former school also does not have any copy of my diploma. I have just made a letter addressed to MPNP explaining the situation and referred to my college transcript where my previous educational data/information were also shown. I have uploaded this letter in the HS diploma "section".

Hello Emperor and elders in the house

I had a meeting with Dean of student affairs of the university and said i should present a letter of attestation issued to me by the school authority, which will certify that i completed my masters degree programmme in the school since the certificate is not ready, and i should do a mail to the immigration explaining the challenge in getting the certificate.

I need your advise and i hope they will accept this

I'm not a senior member in this forum but in my opinion, a letter coming from the university REGISTRAR certifying your completion of the course will be accepted by MPNP. They should cite the reason for not having the certificate ready at this time. Aside from the registrar's signature, it is advisable to have the school seal or stamp on the letter. I'm quite confident that it will work and will be accepted and MPNP will be rational enough not force you to produce a document which is unavailable and its availability is beyond your control.

To Senior Members:

Can I unilaterally (w/o MPNP request) provide additional documents which I failed to upload in my online application??? I realized that I forgot to include the "Duties & Responsibilities" for my present employment. I plan to send it by email. If in case, what MPNP email address should I use?

Hello guys,

Been not around in the forum for a while... may I know regarding the language requirement for application in the MPNP for a family? I mean... is it only the principal applicant required to take the IELTS? I have heard from some friends that for a married couple, there might be a need for both to take the IELTS in order to apply for MPNP. If only one of the couple, does it also hold true for CIC when it is already time for submission of the requirements to the Canadian Embassy (Philippines)?

I have lost track of the requirements. My husband and I would be sponsoring my bro-in-law... just not sure about the new rules. This forum has been very helpful to my family's application for the MPNP, guided us through the process. ;D I am in the process of completing my exams for licensure in Canada and hopefully I can join my husband in the workforce soon.

Temperature outside: -14 (not including the wind chill) ... great day for a walk...
Food is great... people are nice... and andami kabayan at filipino food, stores, and restaurants. tumataba ako rito.

Hi All,

My sponser too had a sent a mail to MPNP asking about the status of our application. He had got a reply stating our application status is been sent to our communication address. Has any one had an idea onwhat exactly application status means. Can it be LOA or some news which we do not like to hear, however, they did not called us or the sponser.
