In my case..what i did is that i created the complete job description for all of my past three companies then i contacted my previous managers then i let them sign it with their contact infos..i also requested for COE on all my previous companies directly from HR.... So far i got approved by MPNP.cmj said:Hi nantzlei! Actually my present employer asked me for what purpose do they need to provide the duties & responsibilities. They told me that if I will use it for migration purposes or for job application, they will not issue it & in worst case scenario, I may get terminated like what happened to me in my 2nd to the last employer. Sigh!
Current employer i just said it will be used for travel purposes(not migration).
