CIC processing time for Manila VO has improved from 12 to 11 months :D ...and I thought of you Tweety05!!!

Help!.... Can i use the same notarized docs that i used for MPNP in applying for CIC permanent visa? Does it expire? Worried that those might have expiry....

Also.. Is bank cert required in applying for CIC permanent visa? If not, can i withdraw it already?

It's true, I just checked the processing time at CEM just now and their processing time is set to 11 months hehe hopefully next year 10months :)
