There's been some chatter at another topic about people who got nominated by SK, and move to other provinces, receiving mail from the Saskatchewan government that in case they don't go back to SK, their PR status might be in jeopardy. Don't count that as been 100% accurate, it's just something I read...

The guy is PNP skilled work or Entrepreneur ? I know the Entrepreneur must stay in the province as their agreement with government, but I didn't see any rule for skilled work ! Please share more information...

Better to work in the nominated province until we get Canada citizenship.

I love your answer man ! Thanks. It seems we all have partial rights until we get a passport and even after that there are lots of other issues , but let me tell you my story which is pretty similar to all of others. Before moving to Canada as a graduate student, I had to prove that I want leave Canada after my education. After my education and when I applied for BC-PNP I had to prove that I want to reside in BC. Sure after getting my PR , I would leave Vancouver cause there are few jobs there. When I want to apply for citizenship I have to prove that I want to stay in Canada!

I don't love Canada and I don't hate it , but if you wanna improve your Country , that's not the way Canada . Try to make yourself as awesome as we would love to stay there , not forcing us to stay , the way you are treating us is more like the way that third world countries treat their people ! Not proud of living in Canada!

Don't discuss and confuse each other........

just read this law.......

Mobility Rights

Mobility of citizens

6. (1) Every citizen of Canada has the right to enter, remain in and leave Canada.

Rights to move and gain livelihood

(2) Every citizen of Canada and every person who has the status of a permanent resident of Canada has the right

(a) to move to and take up residence in any province; and

(b) to pursue the gaining of a livelihood in any province.

How that's gonna be in jeopardy? After getting PR and living in Canada for 4 years a person ll be able to apply for citizenship, right? Then PR card ll be expiring and person already applied for citizenship..just needs to extend PR card..
That's it..
