Yes - your wife can sponsor you for PR. Given your status in the US, it's quite possible the processing of your application may take longer and also possible you may be required to attend an interview. If an interview is required, it will most likely be held in your home country and you will be required to attend in person.

You should investigate what will happen once you leave the US. It's possible you may end up with a 10 year re-enter ban or even a lifetime re-entry ban.

But I entered to US with a visa B2 visitor and issued Dec 3,2013 to Dec 1,2014 and also what’s going to be the interview about and also I have my drivers license from US valable for 4years and also even if I go to Canada and get my citizenship, I won’t be able to return to the US

The interview is to verify that it is a true marriage and not one for immigration purposes especially because you are out of status in the country you are applying from.

Ok thank you, I will have to do interview even if we have more enough proof that our marriage is real? Like pictures, travel ticked, engagement pictures, bank statement, baby, place we living together, etc...

Interviews are not required in all cases - only where CIC has concerns about the relationship. Given your immigration history in the US, you have a higher chance of being called for an interview.

If you end up with a ban after leaving the US, getting Canadian citizenship won't change the fact you have a ban. You still won't be able to enter the US.

A drivers license doesn't give you status in the US. Make sure you research what will happen when you leave the US on expired TPS status. My guess is that you'll end up with at least a 10 year ban from the US.

Ok I truly appreciate your answers, and do I have any chances to get the visa to Canada after I leave US and there’s any chances that my interview can be transferred to a Canadian Embassy in the US?

No - the interview cannot be transferred. If an interview is required, CIC will decide where it's held and it cannot be moved.

Yes - of course - there's a very good chance provided your relationship is genuine.
