I am a Canada PR candidate and on H1b . I am not a US citizen. I am an Indian citizen thats why having so many doubts.
What is this - "a Canada PR candidate"? Anyways, if you work remotely in US on H1b visa, why do you need to commute?

No I got PR 3 years back. I have remaining 2 years on my PR and hence I am moving to Canada now. but because of the current job market I cant leave my US job and it requires me to work remotely from anywhere in usa. Hence I am moving to niagara falls area so that I can commute to USA everyday and return back to Niagara falls. in the evening .

"...it requires me to work remotely from anywhere in usa..." - not sure what you mean. Is it your IP address for remote connection should be US based? I live in Windsor, ON and work for US company from my Canadian home. Since January this year they asked us to come to the office 1-2 times a week, which I do ( not every week) - it's just about 45 minutes drive including crossing the border.
