Visa Office......
Calgary
Hello, I am just checking options. What happens if I move back after receiving AOR and application is under process?
1. Does my application gets transferred to home country visa office?
2. Do I have to re apply again from home country?
3. If they consider it just an address change, can I do my medicals in home country?
4. Can I change the home country address in ECAS?
5. Also, where do I send my passport for PPR?

Please advice..

Do you have a work permit that expires in 4 months? If so, you can apply for a bridging open work permit using your AOR.
If you move, you need to notify CIC of a change of address. Nothing else.
1. I don't believe it gets transferred - note that if they request an interview, you may need to make arrangements to return to Canada for it.
2. No.
3. Yes - medicals can be done anywhere, as long as it's done by a DMP.
4. Not sure. I think it's preferable to send an email or fax to notify them. Be sure to include your name, birthdate, client ID, file #.
5. The visa office processing your application will notify you. If CPP-O is your visa office, chances are you may need to send the passport to Detroit or LA or Seattle, USA.

No, you should send that info directly to your visa office.

You will receive instructions when the time comes, but it will be the same visa office.

Thanks Jes_ON and SenoritaBella,
So should I send a letter to CPP Ottawa about my change in address if its outside of country ?
