I think we need to work in the same province. We can change only after getting Canadian passports.

A very important question.
As for my readings in this topic the duration depends on the Provence itself you applied for.
Moreover, on landing there is a form you have to sign on arrival within this contest.

What is the Provence will you land ?

i believe the problem will be if you land in different province and you never being in the province that nominate you. But for example if you have being living in the province and you got nomination and you still working in the same province till you get the PR . i guess that should be fine and you still gonna have valid reason for leaving.

i hope some memers react to this subject as it is very important.

I Landed in Winnipeg airport on Sunday and they did not make me sign any consent form. The officer told me that now when i am a permanent resident i have the same rights as Canadian citizens. He said i can live and work anywhere in Canada.

I think so, this answers our questions, I can't find any restrictions as to where you will reside after you got your PR. Canada is a democratic country, they can't restrict a PR to live in a specific province that nominates them.
But on our part, personally, out of courtesy, we can maybe at least stay in the province that nominated us for at least 1-2 years then we can go where we want to reside permanently.
That's my opinion though.

yes i agree about courtecy. I have lived in MB for 3 years already before i became a permanent resident. I think it is sufficient already. if in a month or two i decide to move for a good reason ( work, marriage, health issues etc) i do not see a problem with it in the future. If say i just moved to Canada and went to a different province right away then there may be questions later.
