mother visitor visa..please help urgent

Hi,

I am Divya, I am going to apply for my mom visitor visa. I have already took your valuable opinion on it.
My mother visa refused two times . First time due to purpose of visit reason then second time i applied with same set of documents after 10 days of her refusal. It also got refused( which is obvious as documents were same but my agent never told me about this). Anyhow
Now new problem is I just verified mom's previous application (IMM-5645 F) in that her occupation was mentioned as housewife but she is actually filling tax and all. she receive rent from her property . also she is running one hotel. its on her name. Now the point is , she is businesswomen, In previous application my agent made mistake by stating that she is housewife. How to correct this point in my new application. Please suggest.

u can simple mention dat it was clerikal mistake when we apply last visa u can mention this in covering letter.

Hi Divya,

you still need to have your mother as house wife, You need to understand that TRV has been refused twice and if you change her occupation as BW, then CIC thinks she is misrepresenting the facts and may be subjected to entry ban for few years.
