If she wants to obtain a work permit she will need to secure a job offer from an employer in Canada and that employer will need to obtain an approved LMIA. Once she has the job offer and approved LMIA, she can apply for a closed work permit tied to that specific employer.
The super visa only allowed her to visit Canada as a tourist. It is illegal for her to work while in Canada on a super visa. She needs a work permit to work here.
Generally speaking it's extremely difficult to find employers willing to go through the LMIA process. She may need to return to her home country if she wishes to work.
