Hello,
i would like to apply online for a Visitor Visa for my mother in law living in algeria. I have a 2 year old toddler and currently 6 months pregnant. I a have some mental health issues and might not be able to care For my both babies (their father is supportive but currently studying so he can't really help much). I started seeing a psychiatric this week for therapy.

-So now, if i apply for her, can her application be classified as an emergency and would be treat fast?? (My pregnancy is high risk n I am due for induction on November 6th)
-She is in her late 50's and not working obviously,
-She has multiple Schengen visas on her passport cz she used to visit her sons in france
-She has a property under her name, and her husband and unmarried sons living with her (youngest just turned 17y). She is the one taking care of them.
Any hope she'll get a canadian visitor visa approved?? I just need her for the first 6 or 8 weeks untill my mental health gets better
Thank you all for your help

Yes she should apply for PHAC and a TRV. Your doctor(s) will need to fillout the information. Has she been vaccinated by Astrazenca, Moderna, Pfizer or Johnson and Johson?

Thank you for your reply, yes she is fully vaccinated with Astrazeneca.
I am gonna include her house ownership and son's school certificate (he is under 18y) as a tie to go back home. I hope that's enough to convince the officer.
Also, her husband (usually travels with her cz she has phobia from airplanes lol) so can apply for him with her too? Or they will not give him the visa with her??

You can apply for the both of them. Her chances of approval are higher if her husband and son remain in Algeria but they could also get approved together.

Actually i still need help if you don't mind, please.
Like i said, she doesn't work n depends on her husband and son back home.
In the application, they are 2 requests of financial support:
1- Proof of means of financial suppert (if your are traveling to canada u must show proof to support urself)
2- Proof of Financial Resource of Supporter (If you depend on someone financially, that person can provide proof that they have sufficient funds to support you in Canada by writing a letter of support).

What is the difference between the 2 plz?????? I feel like they are related.

Is her husband's bank statements and a letter from him saying he ll give her money to support herself enough (she'll be staying with me so no need for hotel money n food of course)

Her husband can show his savings if she is not on the account and provide a letter stating that he will support her financially.
