Are you an “I got this” spammer? This is not an immigration issue, and depends on your province so do some research on brokers in your area. No point in giving suggestions if 1000s kms away in a different province.

Canada is the 2nd largest country on the planet. You have to be more precise in order to get an answer to your very basic and simple question

Hello. Thanks for your replies. I agree, I should have been more detailed in my question. I am buying a house in Ontario, Niagara Region. So any broker referral from this region or serves this region is helpful. I did try doing research online and got very confused.

I did a simple google search
Mortgage Brokers Niagara
and it literally gave me MULTIPLE results of people or companies from Niagara Falls, St Catherine’s, Hamilton , Mississauga , Toronto

To be fair, Thunder Bay and Niagara region are 1000 kms away within the same province.

I am only licensed in Ontario personally, but through my brokerage I can do mortgage in all major provinces.
