More points without spouse,but I'am married what can I do?Both living in Ontario

Hi I am living in Ontario I can pass the mark of 400 points but If I create a EE profile without spouse, but I am married, we live together here in ONtario, son I dont know If I must submit my express entrey profile only for me because I wanna apply for the new ontario provincial stream, and than once I will get the permanent residence I can apply for me spouse permanent residence, it's good idea? otherwise now we have 389 points but If I change my profile to "without spouse " I get 405. so I dont know what can I, because next year I will get one year of skilled work experience here and that would be more points, but I dont wanna lose more time here being a temporal resident. thanks

you have to declare your spouse. Its misrepresentation if you don't. And if you don't declare her now, you won't be able to sponser her later. Sorry.
