It took 3 weeks for approval though it was in February that I applied but couldn't submit passport due to lockdown. Just submitted mine and my spouse this month and took another 3 weeks for passports stamping. Applied from Nigeria

Hi, am applying from Nigeria too but base in the Norther part of the country, i applied last month and have my biometric done this month still waiting for them.

Thanks and you too. It took 3 weeks for visa approval. Lockdown came and it took extra months for the wait for VAC to open and took another 3weeks for stamping after submission of passport. But has your application being approved?

Good evening bro, compliment of the season how is the preparation for your Exploratory Visit. i have applied for the visitor visa for my exploratory visit since 25th of October ,2020 and did my Biometric screening on November 6th, 2020 and up till now am yet to receive any message from the CIC, i want to ask does it take long likes this before your own visa came or is it because of the Covid-19

Compliment. I want to believe it is because of covid, mine was after 3 weeks of applying. Surely we shall hear good news from them soon. But make sure you are checking your profile frequently so you don't miss out on any vital information from them.

Can u please tell me did u add any other documents in ur application than those mentioned on the website?

The docs that I submitted are
-8 months company's bank statement with a good balance
-our company's tax certificate
-business registration certificate
-property valuation certificate
-reference letter from my husband's place of work
-his pension statement
-the children's details
-marriage certificate

But they only asked fr cv resume of both spouses, bank statement,passport,ielts, ecas...they didnt ask fr employment reference letters at first stage.I still have to submit my application form and initial documents.was gathering everything thats why i am just curious that do i have to submit additional documents too

No i dint say anything like that.i actually asked what are the documents required to submit when u show ur interest and submit ur application for the very first time to the email provided by morden website?

I am actually making up application as a very first step so i dont want to send an incomplete application.the documents u mentioned above ,u sent all these in ur emfirst email?
