I am in the same boat FSW-inland boat. FSW-inland isn't the fastest boat out there unfortunately, and i hope that combining with Montreal doesn't make it slower.
I am hitting 100 days this week. My file hasn't been touched (except medicals).
I hope you get to hear something soon.

My AOR is Sep 21 2018. I passed Medical on OCT 23. Since then I didn't see any progress with my application. I applied for GCMS notes via getgcms around the 90 day mark. I have not received my GCMS notes either. However, I received my RPRF request yesterday. I made the payment and uploaded the receipt of the payment.
Can this be considered a "significant progress" ?
OR....
This is "just another update" and means nothing ?

If its Montreal based on trend here you will have to wait at least till March. But RPRF is a positive sign someone did pick your file
A July 16 Aor got PPR on what's app group. They saw that background check started this morning, then received PPR after a while. Any movement is good for Montreal!

I really think that some of the analysts there are really not qualified for their profession and are grossly incompetent for making such simple mistakes, I feel your pain friend and it pisses me off to see them do such mistakes and having control over people's destinies, hang in there, I am sure PPR is not too far away for you

Just an update on my case, I've sent additional supporting documents last Jan 26, through cse webform for my job offer after pr approval and as well as proof of fund without waiting for the ADR from CIC.
Today, I received an ADR from CIC, but it's not about my previous case which is Job Offer and Proof of Fund. It's about the addition of my spouse with my application, after 4 months of informing them of the changes in my marital status, they finally they acknowledge it and requested for additional documents. Finally, a somewhat little progress with my application.
I just have one question though, do you think that they have already reviewed my application as well as the additional supporting documents for my job offer and proof of fund? I was thinking that maybe they have reviewed and acknowledge the supporting documents for proof of fundand job offer that I've sent them that's why they have decided to put a little progress to my application.
I will appreciate any insight and opinion from you guys. Thank you so much. Peace out
