There are two reported from June 1 AOR. But one of those was actually in Delhi and his file moved from Montreal to Delhi VO. So not really a Montreal case. We do have one more report but let's see if this person is a different person.

Is your file at Montreal?
Don’t know honestly. It was in Ottawa but made a call and was told it’s been transferred to montreal. Hoping that the agent is wrong

Also I find it less depressing compared to Ottawa. Yes it is slow but more or less Montreal seems to be moving in order. So you can still get some indication what is happening. Ottawa on the other hand has issued some PPRs to September guys when there are some from April / May / June still waiting. That is more depressing!
I guess. But a lot of cases of FSW-O have been given PPRs around the 120 day mark. So lol. Hope all offices buck up or get into a really generous and sincere mood of wanting to give us all some good news before Christmas

I know I don’t have much reason to crib compared to a lot of people till now but the wait is dreadful
AOR - 17 Aug
IP2 - 2 Nov
If you're in Montreal then chances of PPR before Jan end are minimal unless a miracle happens. You should consider ordering GCMS notes though. Montreal won't even send an ADR till the 6th month.

I’m itching to but then I know of quite a lot of cases where movement on the file abruptly stopped when gcms were ordered and they just didn’t touch the file for months after that. So I’ll just wait it out till I approach the 5th month

a. Wrong assumption most recent example that this is not true is https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/montreal-visa-office-lets-connect-here.575300/page-81#post-7359581

b. Really bad move if your VO is Montreal to wait till 5th month. (My opinion)

c. Your file Your decision
