Also, it is surprising agent told you your eligibility is ongoing. Your AOR is in the range where you can expect some action soon. It's possible your file came to Montreal recently and hence eligibility was set to in progress in system.
The number of June candidates assigned to Montreal just keeps going up. We already have 19 listed here and 4 others that I know of on June thread who never came here. So about 23 cases. The number is just too big compared to other Months. But again June guys have been more proactive compared to others in figuring out visa office. May be the distribution for other months is also similar.
But I've a feeling that this is one of the reason for slow progress on overall PPR %ages for June. Anyways we know two cases (not in this list) from June who have received PPR from Montreal. This makes me really excited for coming week. Hope to see June turning green from next week onward. All the best everyone! Our wait may be over soon.

I guess its because of the previous refusals that were linked to marriage!
I called CIC today and got to know that my Eligibility was passed in September. Although Ralph responded on 12th Oct that eligibility was in process. So not sure whether what agent told is true or not.
Have already ordered GCMS notes on Oct 10 and hopefully will get them by next week which may give more clarity around eligibility.

Well it may be a good sign for you. Eligibility is set to "in process" in case files move across VOs. Its possible your file moved out of Montreal. In that case could be a good thing.
For those who received ADR, what is the average timeline for the submitted document(s) to be acknowledged? @smcan2014 you already responded to an ADR about 2-3 weeks ago. How long did it take for your online account additional document status to change? You have been silent since the ADR. I hope all is well with you (have received your PPR) and are just waiting for COPR before commenting!

No acutely i did't order GCMS notes we are 5 person in case my elder brother is in canada he Sponser us we gave our medical test in 22 march 2018 after 3 months in june i received an email from NVDO that we have passed medical test nd criminality but the security verification have been intiated for all the other applicants... and till now we didn't heard anything from NVDO even they did't respones our email...
