I called them again yesterday and they told me my eligibility has started. And yes, I don’t hope for anything sooner when I got to know that my application is in Montreal VO!Welcome to Montreal Family! My eligibility was done after 2 months in Montreal. And you can read through the thread and see other cases. You should brace yourself for a longish wait. Expect something in January.
My notes did not come back yet but I heard back from IRCC last week. For one of my jobs they are requesting@smcan2014 Have your notes arrived yet? You're having too much fun at office it seems. Long time no see!
Thing is if I have to submit bank statements, then will I run into issues? This is because at the time of application I had submitted a letter from my bank certifying the average balance for the last 6 months. This letter had no mention about a car loan that I have. Now if I submit bank statement will there be problem because I did not disclose the loan earlier. My notes did not come back yet but I heard back from IRCC last week. For one of my jobs they are requesting
"Additional proof of employment for XXXXXXXXXXXXX ( contract, job offer, Earning summary, proof of pay deposit, etc)"
Not sure if they are alluding to paystubs or bank statements. I had provided them with 3 months of paystubs for this particular job at the time of application.
I think they want to see the salary deposit transactions in your bank statements. Don't think they will use this to cross check the POF you submitted earlier. This is employment verification, not funds.Thing is if I have to submit bank statements, then will I run into issues? How old is this job? Can you think of a reason why they May be asking for additional proof? My notes did not come back yet but I heard back from IRCC last week. For one of my jobs they are requesting

I think it could be bank statements showing deposits. But I wonder why they would ask you something like this. Is there anything wrong with your job?My notes did not come back yet but I heard back from IRCC last week. For one of my jobs they are requesting

@cansha @navinball Thank you for your response. I had submitted paystubs for 3 months at the time of application. That's why not sure if they are asking for paystubs again. This job was between 2015 and 2017.How old is this job? Can you think of a reason why they May be asking for additional proof?
Also, I think Paystubs is one of the proofs which is acceptable. I think they will be satisfied with a job offer letter also.
My personal view is given all of the documents above bank statements are not needed.@cansha @navinball Thank you for your response. I had submitted paystubs for 3 months at the time of application. That's why not sure if they are asking for paystubs again. This job was between 2015 and 2017.
Nonetheless, this is what I am providing.....
1) Offer letter
2) employment verification and R&R letter submitted at the time of application
3) Two employment verification letters. One issued in October 2015 and the other on June 2016.
4) Performance document for year 2015 only. I dont have it for other years
5) Paystubs from 2015, 2016, 2017
6) W2 for year 2015, 2016 and 2017.
Include bank statements or not? Though @navinball reassured it is not for POF, but just want to be cautious
I thin so too. My salary gets split into two banks. Do you think I should just show the statement from the bank that does not have the loan? Then I will have statements from two banks in my application. Bank A for PoF and bank B for employment verificationMy personal view is given all of the documents above bank statements are not needed.
You can do that. It would have been great to have notes to see what exactly triggered it. My guess is they didn’t find your company on google search or something. Just my guess. And if you work in a big one then disregard it.I thin so too. My salary gets split into two banks. Do you think I should just show the statement from the bank that does not have the loan?
