Hello Everyone,

I just received my notes and need advice. I wanted to paste a screenshot here but I don't know how to.
My eligibility status shows review required because the company I worked for does not have a website. So, the analyst did a google search and couldn't find it. What do you advise? should I raise a cse attaching the company registration documents?

Also, I can see Review Required R75: FSW Minimum Requirements- Review Required R76- Selection Criteria FSW POINTS/Funds: Review Required FSW points total: 64 Ready to Finalize RPRF: Complete

CRS Score at Invitation to apply 459 CRS points minimum score for round: 459 crs score at application. Verified CRS Score 409. I have reviewed the following for CRS points. PA gained points as married at ITA and APR.

please help, am really bothered. Kindly advise
Your score has reduced as the company couldn't be verified and hence no points for work experience.

You can raise a web form and provide additional documentation on company and a LOE why company doesn't have a website. But how do you have company registration documents. Is it a family owned company?

Hi Cansha,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

Yes, the company is duly registered with certificate of registration and incorporation. The company is also owned by an extended family and I worked there. I can easily get the documents from the owner of the company. The company is also still in operation. Please advise.

There are many cases on this forum where people were RR for website not found but got PR without any issues if the reference letter were in accordance with what IRCC wants. The reason I asked whether it was a family company is that you mentioned you can get company registration documents. Normally, an employee would not have access to these documents and no employer would ever provide that. In any case it doesn't take much to register a company. I think submitting documents like company registration may raise more questions.

If I were you I would wait to see if the officer reviewing it asks for additional documents. But remember it is not necessary they will ask additional documents or clear your case. IRCC and esp Montreal office has been unpredictable regarding work reference letters. So, do what gives you most peace of mind.

Here is a thread where people had similar issue but got PR when senior officer reviewed the file https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/employers-website.587982/#post-8287134

Most people just provided reference letter as per IRCC and no additional documents.

Hi Cansha,

Thank you for your reply and for your suggestion, i'll do just that and wait. However, should I still write the LOE you told me to earlier on? Also, I was thinking about adding the address to google maps. Should i send them the link via raising a CSE or I should wait and not do anything at all.

Thank you again for your help.

Adding address now on Google maps would be suspicious. That should have been done earlier. Now what's done is done.

Wait before they ask for remedical. in some cases they extend medical themselves.

Hi,

Below are my details. I need assistance with the GCMS notes.

AOR: September 10th, 2019
Family: PA + Spouse
FSW Outland Applicant
Medicals: Passed on September 24th, 2019
Visa Office: Montreal
Criminality: Passed on November 21st, 2019 (Ghost update-called IRCC and they told me about my criminality)

When I called IRCC in December 2019, they told me that my eligibility says review required. I assumed that since my wife had a Canada visitor visa rejection back in 2017(however her visiting visa was approved when we applied in early 2019), it went to review required. I ordered GCMS notes and I received it today. In the notes, I found the below details:
  • In the recommendation section I found below:
FOR PA CIO RECOMMENDATION: [REFUSED REFUGEE STATUS DETAILS] ....(here it mentioned the notes we have written for my wife visiting visa refusal when we submitted the application)

Here am confused, I am not sure why they tagged the PA though it was my wife's visa refusal and they mentioned REFUSED REFUGEE STATUS DETAILS but it was a visitor visa. Can some one please help me understand what this is?

  • In the integrated search section, they mentioned the notes from the visa officer who worked on my wife's first visiting visa application. They mentioned the reason why the visa was rejected by the visa officer.

  • In the composition section, I found below:
NOTE(POTENTIAL CONCERNS): PA AND SPOUSE GOT MARRIED 6 MONTHS FROM LOCK-IN-DATE.

When we submitted the application, we were married for more than one and half an year. But the notes says above. Here, I think the case analyst only looked at the month and date and not the year of our marriage and she came to a conclusion that we were married only for 6 months. Can someone please help me how to proceed further?

@cansha Can anyone please help me here?

I appreciate any help.

Well it appears the analyst who picked your file definitely needed more sleep. There are far too many things that s/he has misread and noted in your file. I think just raise a webform and address all the points in a document. This way whenever your file is picked by senior visa officer he would see explanation for your points.

Yup, as per gcms, my eligibility was recovered pass on Oct-03. But during next review, senior officer raised ADR for employment in Jan-09. The ADR was for below:
With original application, I submitted all the documents as requested, but as I work at client location, my HR does not know my responsibilities so they provided only basic employment letter (with salary, designations, etc). I asked my supervisor to provide me responsibilities letter but he refused so I took it from my senior colleague on a notarized copy among with his business card and company's ID card copy. I mentioned clearly my situation in detail on LOE but I think the officer wanted only on letterhead which even my supervisor was not authorised to use.
During ADR, I asked my senior supervisor to provide the letter and uploaded, so trying to be positive and expecting something good.
