Portal 2 email dropped today.
Portal 1 - July 29 replied about an hour later
Portal 2 - Aug 15. responded on the portal and submitted about 4 hour later ( was having issue with passport photo meeting requirement).

I resent Portal 1 email yesterday and got portal 2 today around 2pm Atlantic Time. (Not sure if it was the resent email that worked or my turn on the queue).

Congrats in advance to everyone awaiting portal emails.

It is only for Portal 2 email you get automatic reply. Success.
