I received portal 1 on may 15 still waiting for portal 2 any suggestions

I did use KAI in the first week and once again in the second week, nothing happened so I gave up. From what I've seen Montreal trend is 20-30 days for P2 and if you use KAI before that it does not work. I might be mistaken though but that was my experience.
When you are using Kai 2nd week did you mention that you are sending it 2nd time( as an introduction), because iam worried as they said in p1 we should send it within 7 days , so when we 2nd email would mess?I did use KAI in the first week and once again in the second week, nothing happened so I gave up. No, I didn't care about that and I wouldn't think they cared either. I just replied to the email again and bcc'd other offices.
has anyone recieved P2 email who got their P1 on May 17, 2024?
