Montreal - DM to Oath? Anyone have up-to-date timeline?

No updates this week. 4 months since DM. I was told by cic to expect oath by July or August.

Your background checks are probably still ongoing. No DM before it's done...
It happens and there's nothing much you can do, apart from maybe apply for your GCMS notes to know exactly where your application is stuck (it takes a month).

But in principle cic will not ask to provide them any thing from my side as 4/5 months is over since my test. Am I right?

Maybe they do, maybe they don't, we can't really say, it will probably depend on your background checks.
