Yes, I had checked their website, but what is reporting time? The full message is:

We sent you a notice on June 18, 2018 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on July 10, 2018 at 1:00 PM. The notice you will receive will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.

For test it had said:
We sent you a notice on January 31, 2018 to appear and write the citizenship test on February 15, 2018 at 12:45 PM.

and I was asked to appear on 12:45 PM

I think I have to call them if I don't receive any email until next week.

Don't wait til next week call them and they will send it right away. Seen multiple people with same thing as you and they called, the agent re-sent the email

So, you reach there by 1 PM. Citizenship officer(s) will take your PR card, make you sign document, and have you sit in the room. Then at 2 PM, judge will enter Ceremony room and start Oath ceremony.

i want my invite too i dont know how they work. if you look at calgary schedule for ceremonies, you will see ceremonies until the end of august.

I called them today. The operator could not access my invitation due to some technical issue. But he confirmed the time and place, and sent the required documents list by email. One of them is

• All your original documents that support your citizenship application (e.g., Immigration Record of Landing (IMM 1000) or Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5292 or IMM 5688), birth certificate, etc.),

My birth certificate and police certificate are in my home country. Is there any problem if I go without them?

Maybe I didn't received my invitation because of that technical issue, and there is a possibility that many invitations are not sent because of that.issue.

It's very likely that others have the same issue but not everyone checks ecas like you ... it's terrible that some applicants may miss their oath

I called the IRCC and the agent informed security clearance is completed and now they residence verification is in progress. Not yet received test invitation. What are the other process to follow before I get that? Any idea?

But the agent said some officer usually send test invitation after this stage and some wait to complete everything and than send the invitation.

Don't worry, they don't care about those papers and they have a lot of people to process in 1h.
I gave them my passport, an ID and the PR card, they quickly gave me my passport back, glanced at the ID and took the PR card. And they didn't ask about the rest.
