Money Gathering to study on canada

It's said that you need, if you're married, at least CAD 29000 to enter and study in Canada.

So my question is.

I can only gather half of that money.

Can my uncle sponsor it? He can prove that he has the CAD 29000.

We don't live in the same house, or anything however he is willing to state that he will sponsor me.

So, is this possible?
If yes, what do I need to do to make this happen?
