What i mean is there is a webpage showing the latest news for MON PROJET QUEBEC , Even if one gets a chance of submitting the application he or she should not proceed to instant payment rather then go for Payment by Mail option as one get a time duration of 30 days to submit and with in this time frame roughly in one or two days time you will see the latest news from Quebec stating the intake cap of 5000 has been reached and by this way it will be better not to put your hard earned money to risk of not beaning accepted .Maybe i am wrong ...... ??

Please note : Mon Cap - exempt candidates + Mon Intake 1 + Mon Intake 2 > 10k. They are targeting 10k CSQs this year and should be able to meet it.

This figure is for taking the applications not for issuing CSQ..it should be less than 10K..
