This will give you the number of people who left the system. Not necessarily submitted.

you have to click on the modify your application or something like that. Not start a new one.

Not necessary, some people have two browsers, so when he logs out its -2 users and not -1 user

Make your system lightest and fastest. I used Linux Mint, modified OS firewall and router. Did little things to make it work like a flash.
