Does the system calculate eligibility, or we might have thousands of people taking the place of eligible people although they're not?

This is ridiculous the MonProjet system really sucks..i logged on exact time and got no 10981..Dont know I stand chance??

Maybe all those people are us with many opened sessions.
For example, 10.000 people with 6 browsers are 60.000 places in the queue. I entered again and the queue is around 305.000....
Anyways, I think consulting companies might are responsable for this.

This seems here to be little work of genius, I have made three super computer specially for this, one running on Linux has been able to secure 4291 number, and rest above 228216. I don't believe I am able to secure any chance of submitting application today. Unless some miracle happens. Lets keep hope high guys!

i fail to understand the system my number in que is 13995 , where i logged into the system half and hour before where it was not opened so far and showing minutes for opening .Will it show that the CAP is full or not .
