have you ever been refused your application?if yes than there is a coloum where you you have to put date of refusal letter,i think it is because of that issue

hi ahmed, i also had this message in the mon projet when i validated this page which needs the resident number. i am an expat located in saudi. prior to this i also had difficulty in taking an exit re-entry visa due to a red flag on my resident number for some reason. it was settled though by our passport department way back February and I was able to go on vacation. so what happened during your application back in 2016? did you go through?
