Documents dropped on 16th August. Called them yesterday but no answer regarding status.

I dropped them the 15th and got the checklists same day as you. Wondering if we have the same official and the person is slow or on vacations.

Actually i sent my documents on August 3rd and called yesterday and they told me still processing!

I am also worried. I submitted my documents on 8 August by mail. It's reached over their on 9 August. Yesterday, I called them and gave my file number, No news, just told me it's under processing and the ultimate word came from his mouth, Please be patient and wait...... It's weird on what basis, they are processing the files... Bit confused. Is it first come first severed or point basis?

I got the same answer from the person when I called. I don't want to be calling every day but this is a nerve destroyer.

thx, APPNOV2014NY.

I also confuse, because someone mention on this thread, that you need at least 1 year of work, is that true?

Or when i have valid LMIA and CAQ i dont need 1 year restriction?

If you are Quebec resident with approved LMIA , you can apply anytime.

How they messed up my Apt no: 1402 and they send it to 102 :o
I called MIDI she goes your lucky you got hold of your package and we send it to your friend and she laughs..I was like..!%@%#%&
