I am from concordia. i had the same problem with the documents.

You can speak directly to transcripts department and they agree to stamp each page as "Certified true copy" instead of a seal we obtain from birks centre.

Oh shit meaning I am gonna face the same problem .
On a good note called them again today to confirm about the receipt of my documents and they confirmed that they have received my documents. This time I spoke entirely in French and this time I told her my application reference number.

Who have received CSQ did you guys get any email notification or any update on Mon Projet....I just got a call from my old apartment janitor he fwd my mail to my friend in the same apt..he just told me that I have got my CSQ...

My situation.

- I live and work in Quebec 9 months now.
- I have valid CAQ and LMIA.
- I have more than 49 points.


Today I called Mon Projet and explained my situation but the lady told me that EVERYTHING is closed and i cannot send anything anymore.

So can i submit my application and do I meet all requirements?

I would really appreciate if someone could answer my questions.

Only candidates who have a job offer validated by the Department or who are temporary residents in Quebec and allowed to apply for a Quebec selection certificate may forward their request at any time

job offer validated means CAQ?

Validated Job Offer = LMIA

You do not fall quota restrictions and should be able to apply.

Or when i have valid LMIA and CAQ i dont need 1 year restriction?

Now I'm starting to worry about. My documents were delivered before August 17th and I called yesterday and they told me my application is still processing. Anyone in the same situation?
