Hello,

Me and my husband are PR and we want to apply for our parents visitor visa for first time. I am a student with no income but my husband works full time !! We do not have enough savings !!
My questions are ....
1) do I apply for my mom's visa or can my husband apply for mother in law?

2) is it okay if I have no income to show?

3) what's the min amount we need to show in the account ?

4) can I apply being a student ? If yes what are the chances ?

Thank you

That would depend on who wants to visit you.

Your mom or your mom-in-law must prove they have adequate finances to pay for their visit + strong ties to return home to. The finances of you and your husband are secondary.

Your student status doesn't change anything. Regardless of whom you invite, you and your husband must be co-inviters + provide copies of both your passports + PR cards + marriage certificate, etc

To reiterate:
1. Your mom + your husband's documents (that includes their financial documents + other assets like property/land/vehicles/jewelry, etc + ties like dependent family who are not traveling + their previous travel to countries like the US/UK/Schengen/Australia, etc) would matter more

2. You can include your offer letter for college + your other documents + documents which I suggested in the previous post

3. Your relatives' purpose of visit + a short visit of 3-4 weeks max is important

Is it necessary to show funds from our side as invitee??

What if we only provide employment details and last 4 pay stubs of my husband !

It is not mandatory for the host to provide financial documents. That said, if your invitation letter states you will take care of their accommodation and expenses, you'll need to show some reasonable bank balance.

The greater focus will be on your guests' financials to pay for their visit without depending on you and your husband
