Mom is sick, can she go to see a doctor under supervisa ?

Hi everyone, my mom is in Canada with super visa , suddenly she has become sick and I am really worried about her , I am not sure whether I can go to see a doctor for her under super visa ? I purchased the insurance from manulife and it's covered upto 1000 thousands but the matter is can i use this insurance under this situation? Please help me Otherwise I have to send her back to my country. Thanks

Travel insurance only pays for emergencies. If she goes to the doctor, she will be required to pay the bill herself.

Manulife and the policy you have purchased will determine what is covered under that policy and what you will have to pay out of your own pocket. You should contact Manulife to discuss this situation.
