Mobile Service - No contract - West Island , Montreal , QC

Hello - Can someone please suggest mobile service ( Koodo , Fido etc.) for West Island , Montreal , QC region.

Here are my requirements :

1. No contract. I will be in Canada for just 1 year on temporary work permit.
2. Mobile plan should work on Samsung 4S. Planning to get ATT Samsung 4S unlocked from USA.
3. Monthly data allowance around 500 MB per month.
4. I rarely text. Never texted more than 10 SMS in a month.
5. I mostly use Skype for USA/Canada and International calls. 500 minutes per month will be sufficient for my need.

Hi - Someone recommended Fido to me for mobile service. You should visit their site. The rates actually do look good.
