Misunderstanding in CRS

Hello,

I Applied for EE in sept 2015 with my wife and got 330. I misread the CRS rules. I was expecting more points from my wife but unfortunately it didn't happened. It appear that, I probably get more point If I submitted application without spouse in age, education etc.

Now, Can I Withdraw my Spouse from the application to get some extra points OR I will need a fresh application OR should I keep it as it is.?

If I submit a fresh application (w/o wife) and get ITA chance, how difficult for me be to sponsor my wife.

Thanks

You have to list your wife in the application. Failing to do so is misrepresentation. You cannot apply as single if you are married.

Means, Best is to keep the application as it is, is the best solution for me,?

How long it could take for candidates having 320+ points to get ITA invitation.

Is there a way to improve your wife's contribution to your scores? Such as a new English test with better scores? You can definitely withdraw your profile, and re-enter the pool as married but spouse not accompanying. However, I have been advised that it's easier to apply with your spouse now than to sponsor her later. Alternatively, both of you could look at Canadian provinces for the possibility of a provincial nomination.

Goodluck!!
