    You won't hear anything for several months. They are only working on December files now.

    Don’t send it again. Like the other poster said, they’re working on SD’s received in December. Yours was sent in March. Wait another 2 months at least.

    I managed to get in touch with an immigration agent. They are still processing SD’s from the end of November 2021

    Original application sent 7 July 2021, Card Mailed 13 December, Never Received. SD sent 28 Jan 2022, and I've heard nothing back. I've tried to call IRCC to no luck.

    The other thing is that my Lawyer did send CIC a letter saying that I was requesting them under the Freedom of Information Act in my home country, before I was asked for them. Maybe this prompted CIC to ask for them. Regards, Jonathan

    It wasn't obligatory, I volunteered. What I will say, is that I only got 7 days to produce them. I put down the same details. I had some fun getting mine, as units were disbanded, and my files went missing.

    Got a message from CIC asking for army discharge papers today. My Aor was 8 Aug, FSW. I'm having a lot of difficulty getting them :-( And I only have 7 days to submit.

    No as your work permit is expired. If you had applied before it had expired, then yes. But have you also received a 2nd AOR?
