I translated my passport from a certified translator, I wonder if I should provide the IRCC with a hard copy from the translator ? or do the electronic copy suffice ?

Thank you

If you going for interview with IRCC take hard copy. If they asked over email or webform, e-copy is enough.

I just realized that I made two mistakes, one mentioning a wrong date in my record of residence, also forgot to mention that I worked for a company (almost one week). I wonder how to fix that, should I mention it in LOE ? and will it have any impact on my application like "misrepresentation" ?

You "left" Canada for the flagpole, so yeah it should also be in your entry/exit record, even if it changes nothing for the calculation of days.

So I went to the hospital roughly 7 or 8 times from 2022 to 2024 and I have done also some ct scans. But I don't have any health issues. I wonder if it has a an impact to my citizenship application ?

Yes :( Also I did list out all the documents requested by IRCC above.
That's weird.
Medical condition isn't part of the citizenship application and is never part of the decision making.
Did you spend a long time in hospital? In which case I can imagine IRCC using these to ensure your physical presence in the country during the hospitalisation period, but that's all I can think of.
Ask your MP to ask IRCC on your behalf maybe?

Some other possibility... Did you ask for a waiver for any of the citizenship requirements (like the test or the proof of language) and IRCC wants to have your medical history before the potential waiver is granted or refused? That's the only other thing I can think of really...
Let us know in all cases, unusual cases are always interesting!

I went roughly 8 times after I got vaccinated. But I have no health issue. That's why I panicked a bit. I never asked for a waiver though and I will definitely keep you updated.
