Mistake in Form IMM5490 (Delhi VO)

I have just realized that I might have made a mistake in my application in form IMM5490 (Sponsored Spouse Questionnaire).
I have tried to ask this question in another post, but I think it wasn't noticed by many to give enough guidance.
I have heard back a couple of suggestion, I would really appreciate if I can get more.
Thanks in advance for your time in helping out.

My case:
I reached India on 22Dec2012, got married on 16Jan2013 and then travelled back to Canada by 22Jan2013.
For the question 27 (under Living and Financial arrangements) in 'IMM 5490' - 'Have you and your sponsor lived together?'
I thought they were asking for days lived together before marriage and I have answered as
'No, Explain why: Our marriage is an arranged one following traditional indian customs in which we don't live together before marriage'.
So I didnot select the option yes and didnot provide details for 'Dates of period of cohabitation'.

I think I should have answered 'Yes' for this question and should have included the dates as from 16Jan2013 - 22Jan2013.

(Note: For the question 24 regarding 'Maintaining Contact' in the same form - Has your sponsor visited you during the period of relationship,
I have answered as 'My sponsor visited India on 22Dec2012 to attend the reception on 15Jan2013 and wedding on 16Jan2013.
We stayed together for a week after the marraige. My sponsor's entry stamp in passport with the date 22Dec2012 is shown as evidence'
)

Does this mean I have wrong information in the application? (although I have pointed out the information regarding our living together, for question 24)

Regarding the current status of my sponsor application,
I have received sponsorship approval from CIC-M on 26Feb2013 (Application sent on 01-Feb2013).I haven't received AOR from delhi for PR application yet.
(my eCAS status shows 'Decision made' under 'Sponsorship application' and 'Application received on 01Feb2013' under 'PR application')

I'm already very frustated about the entire process of spousal sponsorship and the associated long wait.
To add to that, this mistake is bothering me very much.

What should I do in this situation?
1) Staying optimistic that this wouldn't be a big issue, should I leave it as it is and just wait to hear from them?
2) Should i change this page (to reflect the changed answer for that particular qn) and send it to them?
3) Should i send them the entire form again with changed answer?
4) Will it affect my processing time and if so how long it might be delayed roughly?
5) Will Delhi Visa Office properly coordinate the udpated form to the existing application without any confusion?
Or will sending the changed form create more confusion?

I'm very frustrated. Hoping to get some guidance regarding this.
Thanks to all the good-hearted souls helping out others in this forum!
Please help me! I very much appreciate any guidance!

With hopes to get some guidance!

In case it helps you feel better, we also did NOT include our honeymoon nor my brief stay in PH as a period of cohabitation and also answered "no" to that question.

Granted, we were processed via a different VO, I would go with your proposed #1. You explained your answer and everything should be clear to them anyway. Leave it alone.

I think you are "over thinking" the application process.

The question is "does the answer you made on this application rise to a level of misrepresentation?" Since your answer is actually prejudicial to you I would argue that it does not. Further, you have a cogent explanation for why you answered the way that you did. However, now you are re-thinking the question and considering a different answer - and changing your application raises different issues.

In your situation I would leave it alone. If they subsequently ask you this question, you have a cogent explanation for why you answered the question in the fashion that you did. I suspect they will not ask you.

If you do decide to update the application you may forward it to the visa office once you have the file number (sponsor approval). I strongly recommend using a courier service so that you have a signature the update was received. CIC has a habit of losing things so it is best to have evidence that you sent them things.

I think because you did mention your post-marriage cohabitation on a later question, you should be OK.

You did not really "live together". You spent a week together on honeymoon. The VO will see that. Don't even worry about it.

Truesmile,
Thanks for sharing your information. It certainly makes me feel better.

Computergeek,
Thanks very much for your valuable suggestion.
Yeah, I'm sure I'm overthinking (just wanted to make sure the visa comes in time)
I'll sure opt for option 1 and wait with patience.

Canadianwoman,
Thanks for your thoughts.

Leon,
Thanks for your kind words.

Also thanks to Amikety, Steph C, PMM, Pippin and Sweden for your answers to me.

Re: Mistake in Form IMM1294E (Delhi VO)

Hi friends,

I'm very much worried as I've applied for a student visa for sept intake 2013 which was refused by the CIC New Delhi on 6th and gave me the general reasons for the visa refusal. I've concentrated on the reasons and full filled all the necessary requirements and filed my application again to CIC New Delhi on 9th of Aug 2013. While applying the second time I did a mistake in my Imm1294E application form.

In Background information

Question : Do you have any physical or mental disorder that would require social and/or health services, other than medication, during a stay in Canada? I selected "YES" and gave the answer as
"APPLIED FOR STUDY PERMIT AND GOT REFUSED." which should be the answer to : have you ever been refused any kind of visa, admission, or been ordered to leave canada or any other country. I've selected "NO" for this .

Please help me what should I do regarding this as my file is at the embassy for processing.

Urgent response will be very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
Nisar

I had a mistake on my app that i wanted to get corrected. When i called the CIC call center they advised me to mail in an updated form with the proper information explaining the change as well as send it via mail to the VO.
