Not sure what you are correcting but webform is the way for it once you have your AOR.

No-one can answer without knowing what the mistake is.
You forgot to list a nickname in the relevant section : eh, who cares, shouldn't have much of an effect.
You forgot a vacation that puts you below the 1095 threshold : yeah, big effect, withdraw and start again...
