Anyone experienced the same with me?

Our application was received on May 4, 2018 and we received the AOR1 on June 12.

My concern is, the applicant's name was misspelled. I have successfully linked my application on GCKey too but the name is still misspelled. I checked the application forms that we've submitted, they are all correct.
 
Why not send a letter regarding the misspelled name thru IRCC Webform to IRCC or the Visa office processing your application.

You could also call IRCC Telephone: 1-888-242-2100 (in Canada only).

misspelled name should be fix before application process is completed.

Already sent my enquiry on IRCC. Will try to call the telephone too.

Hey guys, upon checking our application on online tool. I have the correct spelling of name. But when I go to my online account. the name on the application is wrong. Tried calling them but they are telling me that the agent is not available.
 
when you application on online tool....do you mean https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do

which agent is not available....your agent (representative) or IRCC.

IRCC is always available between 8am and 4pm Mon to Fri.........you can only call IRCC from within Canada and best time to call is 8am Ottawa time.

IRCC Telephone: 1-888-242-2100 (in Canada only).

If your name is not correct when you view your application through online account GCKey......it needs to be fix

That is correct. The Online Tool that I used is https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do When I'm checking my application there, It has the correct spelling of my name, but when I checked on my GCKey, applicant's name is incorrect.

The agent I was talking about is the one from IRCC. called them last friday but there is no agent available. asked me to call again later. Will be callin them again on monday.
 
Hi ironman.

I have the same issue. Submitted our app with correct last name but they made error in gckey and ecas. Now we are receiving updates and all communication with the misspelled last name. Were you able to fix it?
 
They already fixed mine by calling them. Just call their hotline number
 
I have the same issue I called them and they said they cant fixed it i have to email ircc and i did that with the copy of passport! Please help!! I called the hotline and the csr said he cnt help!

hey, thats not a problem just send an inquiry via webform if your file is still a cpc sydney they will fix it.

Could you please provide me some details on it? So Service Canada entered my name incorrectly for biometrics and It has been incorrectly updated in the CIC account. However, the name is correct on all other forms. So I just send them the copy of my passport through webform. If yes, how long will they take to correct it and show it in the online account?

Hey! yes just sent an inquiry via webform with the passport pic attached let them know they made an error. Usually its not big deal they let it go.
