If you’re an outland applicant, it depends on the review of the case analyst. Some people were transferred from Sydney to Mississauga and then transferred again to their local VOs
My File has been transferred to CPC- M on Oct 9 and no updates after that 
I see some people whose files were transferred after me started getting PPR emails.

Hey! We haven't received an update yet after getting forwarded to CPC-M. I'm just on a bit of a hiatus from thinking of the app all the time because it's not healthy to be stressed out too much by it. PPR will come in due time.

Is there a time duration for medicals passed? My wife did the medicals 12 days ago and we haven't heard anything yet so just curious... I thought that usually medicals are passed in 10 days???
