Sharma Ji ! Welcome here ..New Delhi VO believes in HIGH SCHOOL Matriculation Certified Copy of the Original as a DOB solid PROOF, no doubt a Birth Certi. overrides all. So if you can apply for a new birth Certificate , it is possible to get at present date and If don't wanna go to this hassle just School Certificates with DOB on them do the trick to prove your honesty. Cheers :)
Make sure if any DOC is not in ENGLISH or DUAL incl English>> GET a certified Copy of the Original + ATTACH Certified Copy of the Translated done by a Certified Translated ( MUST have a STAMP>>reads>>NOTARY PUBLIC >>>TAKE EFFECT OUTSIDE INDIA >>EMBASSIES and HIGH COMMISSION >>>something like that. and YOU do not HAVE TO CERTIFY any copies of purchase Receipts regardless of language, they are trained to catch :)truths
 
A July 6 application just got their BGC yesterday and then their pre-arrival, DM, and PPR today. Their application was processed at CPC-M. :)

Few LUCKY ones are chosen. But sad part of that is; if CPC-M finds few doubts they will recommend interview and send whole thing to VO, in such case it would rather take bit more time than an average journey. OBO bulletin scheme

It's not my application. Ours was just transferred to CPC-M on October 12.

The application I mentioned that got their PPR today was transferred on September 13. CPC-M requested a country-specific document from them on October 12 too.
