Just called the call center, we talked to a super nice agent.

She checked out application status and

Eligibility/criminality and security are all passed according to her!
Hi Jeff what does the eligibility line on your GCKey say?

Ok awesome, thanks. You might try ordering gcms notes but most likely you'll get approved before they show up.

I’m done ordering them. Last time it took 75 days to get them

A question for anyone that's landed already --

Do I need to fill out a B4A form as well as make a list of goods? Or is it one or the other?

I didn't need either of them when I landed

Hello
Me (PA Italian) and my wife (sponsor canadia) submitted our outland spousal sponsorship in February. We got aor 1 at the beginning of April and.then schedule a, pcc and medical request. After submitting everything right away medical was passed. We were waiting for an email saying our case was going to Rome VO but instead they sent one saying case is going to be processed at cpc Mississauga.
Does anybody know what that means? What can we expect?

Our visa was processed in Mississauga as well so don't be worried.

I think it's the IRCC trying to clear the backlog so have got additional staff there.

Was it faster than normal?
Can't comment on "normal" - the target that IRCC has is that 80%(?) are issued within 12 months.

Ours took in total 11 months as there was a 3 month delay in obtaining my wife's birth certificate.

Majority seem to be completing in 6-9 months. Check out the forum group for your type of visa and look for a MISSISSAUGA processing thread - there is one in the family sponsored forum.

Sorry, too much stress. apologies.

I was thinking about the spreadsheet which a member(s) are updating. On that spreadsheet you can see how your process compares to others who have applied in the same month as yourself.

I can't seem to find the link. Again sorry.

Does anyone know how to contact the Mississauga office? They've requested an additional police cert for the Channel Islands when it's covered by the UK one we uploaded weeks ago. We uploaded it again and sent a message via the webform but are worried this could hold things up!

Only way to contact them is via webform. You can also call IRCC call center but it's not quite the same thing.
