I dont know why they did this to me theres nothg else missing in my application juste because of the native language names
No they just marked on my checklist that theres information missing on the imm 5406 but everything was there so i called cic and the agent asked me if the names were written in my native language i said no so he said maybe thats why its returned
i asked ircc agent just now,. he said this cannot be the reason. CPC Mississauga cannot return on this,. can you verify if there is something else missing ? date or anything else ??
No ive checked everything date, sign, dob etc.. and thats the only form they marked even my husband couldnt beleive thats the reason why they returned
If PA is an Indian citizen currently living in India then the VO is definitely NDVO. You only got your AOR1 four days ago. Soon you will be getting request for Schedule A & PCC and your medical request. This will happen within the next 1-3 weeks or more. That's what the "Action Required" means. Don't pay too much attention to what your "Review of Eligibility" and "Background check" says at this stage.I have a question if anyone have seen this. I Or if i am going to be processed at Mississuaga?
I am Aug 15 Outland applicant - PA living in India (NDVO). No updates/emails since AOR1. My details are in signature.
Today PA's gckey status is set to - Updated (it was Action required with no new messages since AOR1). ECAS for PA is in App received with one line regarding app received date.
Sep 30 Update:
When I clicked on GCkey it says these:
Review of Eligibility - We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements
Background check - Your application is in Progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.
Before Sep 30(after Aor):
When I got AOR and until last night, it was as follows:
Review of Eligibility -Your application is in process, We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility
Background check - Not applicable.
Any idea if this is different? I thought these 2 will be assessed by NDVO(PA's vo) as the gckey account is for receiving updates on PA's file?
