Welcome Karem .Your dates are showing that your application received to transferred with in 70 days.it means the time in CIC Sydney reduced to 35 days to 60 days in mostly cases in this step.
No. Transferred doesn't actually mean it was transferred. It only means processing started on file abd it's ready to be transferred to local office. If RQ was sent it will show letter was sent to applicant on same day of process starting.
