Today our family finally received the Citizenship Certificate.

Hi,
For in person application you need an appointment at: https://eservices.canada.ca/en/service/
They will call you to schedule an appointment. They will ask you for the flight ticket (booking informations).
I did for my daughter and I received a call the next day.

Thank you . I haven't had a ticket or a firm date to fly so still thinking. I had a sneak peak at the passport timelines forum and that's another shambles as ppl seem to be waiting for quite sometime there too. So no idea what to do tbh

My 2 cents, book a refundable ticket, get an in-person appointment and get done with ur passport.

I don't know why my Tracker is not update I hv took the Oath on 1st March but my cerm9ney still in process so many ppl tracker update next day but I don't know y mine still showing in process and I hv travell plan end of this month I try calling them like 100 time but they are not taking calls due to high valum
Mississauga office any one Experiance same like me plz advise .

If it's any help, my Oath was on 15th Feb, File updated on 17th Feb and closed on 18th Feb....I then heard nothing and has assumed that the certificate was sent out on 18th Feb...however it was actually sent out on 1st March when I queried it with them and it arrived to my brother's residence on 4th March

How did you engineer this ?

Kept mailing and calling them everyday , we had our oath ceremony on the 21st of February and we informed them that my husband had plans to travel on the 2nd of March to see his Dad. We submitted the ticket with a copy of the doctors report with the diagnosis . We got a call from then on the 25th to come and pick it up immediately

Congratulations!
Please keep us posted when you get done with your oath ceremony how many seats and people will be in total. I am fed up with this endless waiting; hopefully I will get my oath invitation soon.
