How can an application from 2018 still be In Progress? This thing defies logic considering 2021 applicant are through with their application

Saw on Facebook dec 2019 applicant got oath for feb 2nd. Mississauga office.
Citizenship test updated to "completed" in May 2021.
BG verification was updated to "completed" today (After two fingerprints requested one is 2020 and one in 2021)
I wonder when Physical presence, Language, and Prohibitions will be updated to completed.
And when the invitation for oath and ceremony.

Mississauga must be the cursed office. doesnt look like many oaths reported this week. other offices seem to be going ahead with back log well - 2019 and early 2020s moving based on the forum posts
anyone with August 2020 test and October 2020 DM? what do we do next? just wanna know who else is with a similar timeline. thanks
It’s happens when your last update date is changed and on the tracker there is no change so they did something but it’s not reflected on tracker.
